Workshops for the VCE Oral and VCE Written exams are hosted on an annual basis. These are open to students in years 10 - 12.

Term 1: VCE French Head Start Workshop

Location: Online

Next session: 2025

A 2.5h VCE French preparation workshop to be hosted online to enable VCE students to get a head start in French, covering: spoken and written French, and listening skills.

This workshop has already run for 2024.

Term 3: VCE French Online Intensive - 3 x 2.5h workshops (total of 7.5h) + 1 extra for Year 12 students only (total of 10h)

Location: Online

The online workshop series - “VCE French Online Intensive” - takes place over 3 Saturdays - for a total of 7.5 hours of VCE French content delivery, with 1 extra workshop for students in Year 12 (Unit 3/4) only.

The group class format has been designed to provide students with a more in-depth understanding of French at the VCE level across listening, speaking and writing. Tools required: Zoom and Google Docs. All students receive a printed VCE Study Guide (booklet) upon completion of the Intensive.

Tickets are priced differently depending on the 3 workshop or 4 workshop (Year 12 (Unit 3/4) students only) package.

This Intensive has already run for 2024.

VCE French Study Guide (Booklet)

The 2024 edition of the booklet is not available for individual purchase. Booklets are provided to students enrolled in workshops.

Essay and General Conversation Correction Service

Do you need a practice essay marked? Do you need your Oral Exam general conversation or discussion marked?

Please submit an enquiry below if you are interested.

Pricing is set at 500 words marked within 5 business days from payment of $30. This covers:

  • 2 x 250 word essays (word count excludes essay prompts)

or

  • 500 words of general conversation/discussion (word count includes questions/prompts)

A marking rubric and text submission form will be sent to you. Payment will be via this website and PayPal.
